Refund Policy

You can return items shipped by Evelyn & Holt or our partners within 30 days of delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and with track & trace.

Easy returns in three simple steps:

Step 1: Request the return form within 14 days of delivery by sending an email to: info@evelynandholt.com.

Include your order number, email address (the one used to place the order), and reason for return. Please provide us with a picture of the order.

We will then send you the return address.

Step 2: Send your order.
Send the items along with the completed return form to the address on
the return form. Make sure to include Track & Trace on the return package. Email the track & Trace code to: info@evelynandholt.com.

As the sender, you are responsible, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the purchase amount in your bank account.
Once we have received the package, we will ensure that the purchase amount
is refunded to your bank account within 14 business days.
